Celestial Gin chose to use sea water as a main botanical. Salt water from Sardinia, undergoing a series of filtration, purification and cold sterilization processes. Pure and safe for consumption. With an unmistakable and irresistible sed impression.
HOW WE MAKE IT
Some botanicals are distilled: juniper, coriander and lemon.
While bergamot and vanilla are macerated, to keep their original fragrances whole and consistent.
And then, Italian rye and wheat alcohol. Zero chemicals.
The result is a well-rounded, silky, smooth gin, combining the saltiness of sea water, the sweetness of vanilla and the sourness of citrus.
All coming together to create a truly unique gin.

A drink with sea view
The savoury note of sea water, the citrus aroma of lemon and bergamot, the sharp freshness or coriander and juniper, the sweetness of vanilla.
Rare
Juniper, tangerine, red sandalwood, sea water. And caramel, which lends a warm amber tone.
Rosé
Juniper, coriander, cardamom, peach, passion fruit, wild rose: pure delight in colour and fragrance.
0.0 Alcohol free gin
The same botanicals used for Celestial Gin, without added alcohol or sugar.
Juniper, lemon, bergamot, vanilla, coriander, water of the Mediterranean.
And nothing else.
